At the south are of the airport next to baggage are the hotel shutttles.
Most of the hotel casinos have a shutle with runs 2x per hr throughout the day
The shuttles are FREE. There are also paid shutles for various non casino hotels and Taxis are abundant
You can also rent a car right at the airport.
Downtown Reno and Sparks are only 10 minutes max by car or shuttle. South Lake Tahoe is 90 minutes and North lake Tahoe is 45 minutes away.
